DHL, SACICT and Com-Gateway will work together to help Thai small and medium-sized enterprises expand their markets regionally and globally. This collaborative project will introduce a marketplace website, a secure payment gateway, and efficient logistics services to promote online purchases of Thai handicraft products.

A newly created website will act as an e-marketplace where Thai handicraft-product sellers can showcase their products to international buyers. The Thai producers will also be given practical opportunities and digital platforms to make one-stop transactions with secure online payments and fraud protection, international customer service and air-express international shipment services.

DHL, SACICT and Com-Gateway will also work together to conduct comprehensive training sessions for Thai SMEs to improve their skills in expanding business internationally.
