Selic Corp, a producer of basic adhesives, expects to meet its revenue growth target this year of between 15 per cent and 20 per cent, due to its increased production capacity and its further expansion in overseas markets, according to chief executive officer Ek Suwatthanaphim.
The company posted net revenue of Bt420.27 million in the third quarter and a net profit of Bt27.96 million, down 6.2 per cent and 2.1 per cent respectively year on year, due to its reduction in the sales portion of its low gross-profit-margin products.

Bangchak Petroleum gets ‘A’ ratings from TRIS

TRIS Rating has given Bangchak Petroleum Plc and its senior unsecured debentures “A” ratings with a stable outlook.
TRIS said the ratings reflected BCP’s established refining business, the advantages the company obtains from integrating its refining and marketing business, its improving market position of its marketing business, and its success in expanding into the solar power business.
The ratings are partially offset by fluctuations in oil prices and tepid economic growth.
TRIS said those developments could put pressure on the company’s gross refining margin and its growth plan, which may pressure its balance sheet.
