THAI, debentures earn ‘A’ ratings

TRIS Rating has given Thai Airways International and its outstanding senior unsecured debentures an “A” rating.
The same rating was assigned to THAI’s proposed issue of up to Bt6 billion in senior unsecured debentures.
The proceeds from the debenture will refinance maturing debts and build a reserve for investments.
