It said the vehicle would help the students gain a better understanding of vehicle engineering and technology through the study of contemporary components.

“The Nissan Evalia donation will further help them bridge the gap between academic learning and the practical real-world environment to better prepare them to become qualified engineers and skilled technicians in the near future,” said Peter Galli, Nissan’s communications chief in Thailand.

The donation follows that of a Nissan Navara several years ago to the university.
