Thailand’s first Asian Games gold medal in Indonesia came from the women’s team poomsae at the Jakarta Convention Center Plenary Hall on Sunday.
Thailand beat South Korea 8.210 – 8.200 in the gold medal match in the taekwondo competition.
Earlier Thailand won a bronze medal from PongpornSuvittayarak in men’s individual poomsae, the first medal by a Thai athlete in the 18th Games.
