This year, a national committee will define privileges and criteria for people and communities across the country in terms of their needs and rights to propose, before the government proceeds with land purchseas and investments in Thailand’s new Power Development Plan (PDP) next year, said Pornchai Rujiprapa, chairman of the National Energy Reform Committee.
