Moody’s rates RHIS unsecured notes

Moody’s Investors Service has assigned a Baa1 rating to the proposed senior unsecured USD notes to be issued by RH International (Singapore) Corporation (RHIS).
RHIS is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ratchaburi Electricity Generating Holding PCL (Ratch, Baa1 stable).
The rating outlook is stable.
