The Stock Exchange of Thailand has proposed the setup of an emergency fund to help boost liquidity in the capital and money markets when asset prices plummet sharply in order to prevent a broader impact, SET’s president Pakorn Peetathawatchai said at “BOT Symposium 2018” yesterday.
