FINANCE PLANS 7-YEAR BONDS

Finance Ministry plans to issue seven-year bonds worth Bt15 billion at an interest rate of three per cent.
The bonds will be issued between November 16, 2018 to March 29, 2019, said Poomsak Aranyakasemsuk, director-general of the Public Debt Management Office, under the Finance Minstry, yesterday.
Four banks – Bangkok Bank, Krung Thai Bank, Kasikorn Bank, and Siam Commercial Bank have been appointed underwriters of the issue. Investors can make purchases at all branches of the banks.
