GHB offers quick disaster compensation

Government Housing Bank (GHB) will pay a fast-tracked Bt15,000 in compensation to customers with insurance covering damage caused to their homes in a natural disaster , president Chatchai Sirilai said on Monday.
If the amount of damage exceeds Bt15,000, the insurer can ask for more, up to Bt20,000.
The service is available at all bank branches nationwide, Chatchai said.
