Buying price of a gold bar was Bt23,300 per baht weight and selling price Bt23,400, while buying price of gold ornaments was Bt22,876.44 per baht weight and selling price Bt23,900.

The prices rose from Tuesday’s close when buying price of gold bar was Bt22,500 and selling price Bt22,600, while buying price of gold ornaments was Bt22,088.12 and selling price Bt23,100.

Gold contracts in COMEX futures to be delivered in April rose by US$39.30 to $1,525.80 per ounce at close since investors buy gold contracts for speculation after the gold price dropped the previous day.
