The Taling Chan location is a 28-rai (4.5 hectare) market in Soi Suan Pak 4 and the Pathum Thani location is the Talaad Thai wholesale market.

As an incentive to move, the BMA will waive the rental fee for five years at Suan Pak and for six months at Talaad Thai, after which the stall rent at Talaad Thai will be Bt99 a day, BMA deputy governor Pol General Assawin Kwanmuang said.

He said the Yodpiman Market, one of the three markets previously chosen for vendors to move to, was not ready to support flower traders as it had no gutters for drainage.

He said the BMA would meet with vendor representatives on March 21 in a bid to find a solution to the problem.
