It said Her Majesty underwent the check-up at Chulalongkorn Hospital on Wednesday and could now return to Siriraj Hospital, where she has stayed in recent years. According to the Royal Household Bureau, Her Majesty underwent the check-up this week in response to a scheduled appointment by her doctors.

“An x-ray showed that there is still a trace of a former illness of insufficient blood in the brain as per in 2012 but the check found no new abnormalities,” a part of the statement on Thursday said. The Queen turns 84 on August 12.
