Roger, the ‘buff kangaroo’ dies

The Kangaroo Sanctuary reports on 10 December 2018 that Roger has died aged 12 at the Alice Springs sanctuary he called home. Roger rescued as a joey after his mother was killed in a car accident grew up to be a giant among Kangaroos, more than 2m tall and weighing 89kg.
