FOUR EEC PROJECTS READY FOR BIDDING

Four projects worth Bt650 billion at the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) are going on the process of open bidding, deputy prime minister Somkid Jatusripitak said after a meeting of the EEC board yesterday.
The four include the high-speed rail project to link the three international airports (Suvarnbhumi, Don Muang, and Tapao); Aviation city, and Maptaphut phase 3.
For the airport rail-link project, a final negotiation will be held with the bid winner CP Group and its partner before May 15 and the plan will be forwarded for cabinet approval within May 28, 2019.
