Twenty-eight per cent of the total – 22,904 units – are priced between Bt1 million and Bt2 million each, 28 per cent or 22,902 units are tagged up to Bt3 million per unit, while the balance of 14 per cent have a sales price between Bt5 million and Bt10 million each, the survey found.
