The SET index closed at 1,732.23 on Tuesday, registering a drop of 8.68 points from Monday with a trade value of Bt66.15 billion.

Foreign investors still recorded net purchases of Bt2.19 billion, while the net proprietary purchases stood at Bt1.22 billion.
