Nominees were assessed by institutional investors, professionals and the director committee from the institute, along with members of the independent director committee association.

MINT was recognised as the winner among SET-listed companies with market capitalisation of over Bt100 billion. The award acknowledged its excellence in good corporate governance and outstanding board and director professionalism.

The criteria for the award included board effectiveness, board leadership, people and culture and stakeholder engagement. MINT’s award reaffirmed its standing as a sustainable global company that strives to serve the interests of its shareholders, customers, employees and business partners.
