The high-pressure system from China over Laos and the South China Sea brings the southerly and southeasterly winds, making the lower North, the Northeast, the Central and the East regions humid. In the South, the easterly winds prevails across the area.

Upper Thailand will see hot to very hot conditions in most of the areas, tbe forecast said Thunderstorms are also possible with gusts and hail mainly in the Northeast while the South will see isolated thundershowers.

People in the upper part should stay safe due to the hot conditions, the department said.

Meanwhile, the weak southwesterly winds blowing across Bangkok and its vicinity could bring isolated thundershowers and lead to lesser accumulation of dust/smog. The upper North could see dust in the morning and afternoon due to bad ascending of air-parcel.
