Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) posted on its facebook page this week a video and tips on how to help victim of electric shock.
The tips are:
– Keep calm and cut/turn off the power source as fast as possible
– Absolutely do not touch the victim with bare hands
– Use dry rope or towel pull the victim from the electricity source in a swift manner
