Tokopedia vice president Melissa Siska Juminto said Tokopedia customers, called Toppers, only had to show their booking orders to attendants at 7-Eleven outlets to make payments.

“Toppers can conveniently pay for their bookings at a 7-Eleven,” she said, adding that payments would be verified and forwarded to the online sellers.

The partnership with 7-Eleven follows a similar agreement with retailer Indomaret as part of Tokopedia’s move to give customers ease of payment. Payments via Indomaret can be made in installments.

“We hope this service will make it easier for our customers to make transactions,” she added.
