Thais follow PM in offering their New Years to His Majesty the King

On Tuesday morning, Prime Minister General Prayut Chan-o-cha and his wife Naraporn, led other members of Cabinet and military commanders to write New Year messages at the Bureau of Royal Household within the Grand Palace in Bangkok, offering their best wishes to His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn.
Meanwhile, long queues also formed at white tents in front of the Grand Palace’s Sala Look Khun pavilion as public members waited their turn to write New Year messages to the King.
The Grand Palace is welcoming well-wishers on New Year’s Day from 9am until 5pm.
