Prime Minister General Prayut Chan-o-cha presides over a cabinet meeting today (September 3). Highlights of the meeting agenda include a Bt70 billion price guarantee measure for rubber proposed by Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, as well as an extension of the 7 per cent value-added tax (VAT) which is set to expire on September 30 proposed by the Ministry of Finance. They will also discuss remedial measures to help victims of the Podul storm.
