Thailand on Monday officially received more than a million doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine donated by the Japanese government.

An event was held at Government House to receive the consignment. Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha, who is in quarantine took part via video conference.

The 1.05 million doses of AstraZeneca arrived in Thailand on Friday.
