Thailand recorded 17,984 Covid-19 cases and 292 deaths on Saturday

Ministry of Public Health reported on Saturday (August 28) morning that in the past 24 hours there are 17,984 new patients who tested positive for Covid-19, 324 of whom have been found in prisons.

Death toll increased by 292, while 20,535 patients were cured and allowed to leave hospitals.

Cumulative cases in the country are at 1,157,555 with 10,879 total deaths.
