Devout Buddhists flocked to Chachoengsao’s Wat Sothonwararam Worawihan on Friday to pay their respects to Luang Pho Sothon.

Legend has it that praying to this Buddha image brings devotees health and wellness.

Though the temple has been open since May, people have only started venturing out after the government lifted most travel restrictions earlier this month.
