By The NationExchanging or transferring one’s rights under the “Rao Chana” (We Win) scheme may be considered an act of fraud, the Crime Suppression Division (CSD) warned on Sunday.

In a Facebook post, the CSD said rights under the scheme cannot be exchanged for cash or be transferred to others in the same way as the “Rao Tiew Duay Kan” (We Travel Together) tourism stimulus scheme.

The CSD said wrongdoers would also face punishment under the Computer Crimes Act.
