IT SEEMS CERTAIN that Advanced Wireless Network (AWN), a subsidiary of Advanced Info Service (AIS), will win the re-auction of a 900MHz licence on May 27, as it is now the only bidder for the licence.

AWN submitted the bid documents to the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) yesterday and placed the required two bank guarantees worth a combined Bt3.783 billion, issued by Kasikornbank and Bangkok Bank respectively.

“I am very happy that AIS came to submit the bid documents today [yesterday]. Our job is done,” said the NBTC secretary-general, Takorn Tantasith, yesterday, the only day the watchdog would receive the bid application.

AIS’ share price yesterday slid 1.57 per cent, closing at Bt157 per share.

The NBTC will announce the qualified bidder on May 23 and launch the re-auction on May 27 at 9am. The licence term is 15 years.

The NBTC decided to re-auction the licence after Jasmine International’s subsidiary, Jas Mobile Broadband, failed to pay the initial payment upfront for the licence, which it won in an auction last December. The starting bid price in the re-auction is Bt75.6 billion, the final price Jas bid for the licence.

Under the rules, the NBTC will hold the re-auction even if there is only one bidder. Once the bidding starts, the bidder would first be required to confirm the starting price. After that, if it stands by the price, the bidding will end.

Takorn said he would ask the NBTC telecom panel to convene after the re-auction ends to consider endorsing the bid outcome. After the endorsement, the winner will have to pay the first instalment of the upfront licence fee of Bt8.04 billion and place three bank guarantees on the remaining upfront fee within 90 days. Takorn believes cash-rich AIS would pay the first instalment before the deadline.

AWN and True Corp had picked up the bid documents, but True sent a filing to the Stock Exchange of Thailand on Monday, informing the bourse of its board resolution that the company would not participate in the re-auction as it already has a very comprehensive spectrum portfolio with sufficiently large bandwidth totalling 55MHz.

True Group had already grabbed a 900MHz licence at the last auction in December with a bid of Bt76.3 billion.

Total Access Communication (DTAC) was the first telecom operator to announce that it would not join the re-auction. The company announced its decision last month

Meanwhile, the NBTC will finalise by May 28 the additional amount of damages it will seek from Jas for failing to fulfil the initial payment of the licence upfront fee.

The watchdog has already seized the Bt644-million bank guarantee placed by Jas. However, the company has insisted that it will not be liable for any additional compensation since the NBTC auction terms did not require the auction winner be responsible for any additional compensation, apart from the auction deposit of Bt 644 million.

SCB strives for bigger footprint in VN

VIETNAM’S booming economy is beckoning foreign investors, including Thais, so Thai banks have decided to inject more capital here to support Thai business activities and accelerate loan growth.

Last year, foreign direct investment (FDI) in Vietnam surged to US$22.76 billion (Bt810 billion) from $12.5 billion in the previous year. Thai investors ranked 11th in FDI in Vietnam.

Siam Commercial Bank, which opened its first branch in Vietnam in Ho Chi Minh City on Tuesday, will add $25 million in capital by the end of this month into its foreign branch in Ho Chi Minh City. This will boost its total capital to $70 million in preparation for lending to Thai companies doing business in Vietnam, said Saranya Skontanarak, general director of the branch.

Bangkok Bank last week reported that it had boosted the capital of its Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi branches to a combined $250 million from $80 million.

Vichit Suraphongchai, executive chairman of SCB, said the bank had attached great importance to Vietnam because of its bigger population and the high growth of |its gross domestic product.

The FDI figure was also interesting enough for the bank to pursue more business.

The bank targets 25 per cent of Thai business in Vietnam by 2018, he said.

Several large companies from Thailand have entered Vietnam via mergers and acquisitions.

The TCC Group acquired cash and carry operator Metro, and the Central Group won bought Big C Supercenter from Casino Group.

The government of Vietnam has not opened up the banking industry to foreign players, but SCB became the first foreign bank in 20 years to receive a foreign branch licence in December because it has been here for over 20 years through its joint venture Vinasiam Bank.

That was after Vietnam’s government revised its policy for the banking industry in 2014 by asking joint venture banks to stop doing business because the JV platform had proved unsuccessful in helping to strengthen local banks.

The banking industry in Vietnam in the past few years had witnessed high bad debt, forcing the government to assign asset management companies to buy the bad assets to help the industry.

However, JV banks were not allowed to sell bad assets to AMCs.

The third-largest bank in Thailand decided to buy out its local bank partner and Charoen Pokphand, another Thai partner, on the condition that SCB can ask for a licence if it takes over all the good and bad assets from the JV bank.

SCB was willing to transfer all assets to itself if it could stay on here because Vietnam is a piece of the jigsaw to help SCB gain a presence in the CLMV group of countries.

In CLMV, Vietnam and Myanmar are high-potential markets but Vietnam is in pole position right now because of its political stability and economic policies that support foreign investment.

Saranya said her branch was carrying bad debt of $20 million out of its loan portfolio of $50 million.

After the head office in Bangkok injects capital of $25 million, the unit in Ho Chi Minh will not have to worry about the single lending limit rule.

Based on capital of $70 million, SCB Ho Chi Minh can set a credit limit to a single customer of $10 million and to a group of related customers of $17 million, she said.

Based on the trend of Thailand investing directly in Vietnam and the growing trade, the branch should be able to book $20 million of new loans.

It has set up a team to manage the existing problem loans that are backed by collateral, so its non-performing loan ratio could return to normal within two years.

The bad-debt ratio should not exceed 3 per cent, she said.

The major contributors to its loan portfolio will be Thai companies, followed by Thai-linked companies.

If the loan portfolio from Thai companies and Thai-linked companies is stable, the bank will take the next step of tapping local companies.

It expects to break even within two years.

The NPL ratio in Vietnam’s banking industry improved to 2.55 per cent last year from 3.25 per cent in the year before.

Lending in the country enjoyed double-digit growth thanks to the rise in foreign investment and trade.

This year, the authorities of Vietnam target loan growth of 18-20 per cent.

Vichit said foreign banks have a chance to grow in Vietnam because local banks are not strong enough to facilitate business activities.

Local banks in Vietnam are like local banks in Indonesia in the past. While local banks are busy building up their infrastructure, SCB will drive its business.

“We will make our branch strong before considering acquiring local financial institutions.

“SCB might consider doing retail banking on the digital banking platform because there is no need to use branches.

“We hope that what we’re doing in digital banking in Thailand |can leverage our footprints in international markets,” he said about |the next aspiration of SCB in Vietnam.

AIS last man standing for 900MHz licence after True opts to pull out of race

4G

ADVANCED Info Service (AIS) is now left as the only applicant in the running to take part in the upcoming re-auctioning of a 900MHz licence.

Two operators – AIS and True Corp – had picked up the bid documents, but True sent a filing to the Stock Exchange of Thailand on Monday to inform the bourse of its board’s resolution that the company would not participate in the re-auction, given that it already has a very comprehensive spectrum portfolio with sufficiently large bandwidth totalling 55MHz.

However, it remains to be seen whether AIS will actually participate. As of press time, the company had yet to make an official announcement of its intentions.

Today is the day that licence applicants have to submit their bid documents and place a bank guarantee of Bt3.783 billion.

Under the re-auction rules, the National Broadcasting and Telecom-munications Commission (NBTC) will hold the auction even if there is only one qualified bidder.

The starting price is Bt75.6 billion, the same final price that the Jasmine International group quoted to win this particular licence band in December.

Last month, Total Access Com-|munication (DTAC) was the first telecom operator to announce that it would not join the re-auction.

True group and Jasmine group each landed a 900MHz licence at last December’s auction.

However, the latter’s Jas unit failed to make the initial payment of the upfront licence fee, thus losing the right to use the licence.

The regulator decided as a result to re-auction the licence on May 27.

NBTC secretary-general Takorn Tantasith said yesterday that in the event of only one bidder, once the bidding started, the bidder would first be required to confirm the starting price.

After that, if it declines to further raise the price, the bidding ends and it becomes the winner at such a price.

If AIS were to grab the 10MHz of 900MHz bandwidth available via this re-auction, its total spectrum bandwidth would be 55MHz, the same as True’s.

AIS currently holds 15MHz of the 2.1GHz spectrum and 15MHz of the 1800MHz spectrum – both granted by the NBTC.

It is also in the process of tying up several partnership deals with TOT to jointly offer 3G service on the state agency’s 15MHz bandwidth in the 2.1GHz spectrum.

True now has 15MHz of the 2.1GHz spectrum, 15MHz of the 1800MHz spectrum, and 10MHz of the 900MHz spectrum – all granted by the NBTC.

It also has partnered with CAT Telecom to offer 3G service on 15MHz of CAT’s 850MHz spectrum.

True chief finance officer Noppadol Dej-udom said yesterday that True’s decision not to join the fray was a win-win situation for all.

The decision not to take part was based on advice received from UK-based Analysis Mason, and a consensus vote from the board, he explained.

Declining to join the fray means True can concentrate on investing in its network and service rollout, he said, adding that the business has set aside a total of Bt47 billion this year for group investment.

Bt31billion will be for mobile business development, of which Bt8.04billion is for upfront payment of its 900MHz licence fee.

Bt13 billion will be allocated for online business development, and the remaining Bt2.5 billion for TrueVisions.

Noppadol said True’s decision not to join the bidding would promote competition.

He added that True chairman Dhanin Chearavanont had said during the board meeting that True welcomed genuine competition, and that it did not want anyone to blame it for blocking rivals from having a chance to land a 900MHz band.

The chief finance officer said that if True had decided to take part, the licence price could have risen to more than Bt80 billion during the bidding on May 27.

In his opinion, AIS will definitely submit its bid document today.

Despite the looming hotting up of competition should AIS win the 900MHz licence, Noppadol believes True will become the No-2 player in terms of revenue market share within three years.

As of the third quarter last year, AIS had 52 per cent of overall revenue and DTAC had 27.5 per cent, followed by True with 22 per cent.

True this year will gain around Bt60billion from new capital-raising, of which Bt50 billion will be for repaying part of the group’s debt of Bt90 billion, the CFO said.

In a separate matter, the NBTC telecom committee yesterday resolved that the holders of 1800MHz and 900MHz wireless-service licences should charge customers on an actual per-second billing basis in all promotional packages, in line with licensing conditions.

The watchdog will inform the licence-holders soon.

The NBTC office will also issue two announcements, one specifying that the average 2.1GHz voice service fee of licence-holders must not exceed 82 satang per minute, and that the cost of data service must not exceed 28 satang per megabyte.

The other announcement caps the service fee of 1800MHz and 900MHz licence-holders at lower than 69 satang per minute for voice, and below 26 satang per megabyte for data service.

Songsak Wijaithammarit, assistant vice president for operations at Big C Supercenter, stands in front of Big C’s latest hypermarket during its opening last Sunday in Ranong.

THE NEW board of directors of Big C Supercenter, controlled by Berli Jucker Group, has approved the plan to allocate Bt5 billion-Bt6 billion for store expansion in Thailand this year, focusing on “blue ocean” locations, including subordinate and border provinces, and major districts.

The company on Sunday opened its 126th hypermarket in Ranong, which is also the first Big C to be launched this year.

The single-storey, 10,000-square-metre complex with 4,000m2 of sales space aims to attract about 10,000 shoppers a day, of whom 60-70 per cent will be Myanmar people, both merchants and migrant workers living in the province.

Traffic will increase 30 per cent on weekends.

Located about one-and-a-half kilometres from the heart of the city, Big C Ranong also houses a three-screen Major Cineplex cinema, which is the first cineplex in the province. The total investment of Big C Ranong is Bt400 million-Bt600 million.

Songsak Wijaithammarit, assistant vice president for operations, said yesterday that under the plan presented to the annual shareholders meeting two weeks ago, Big C will open six hypermarkets this year, mainly in “blue ocean” locations in the Northeast and South.

Three Big C Market stores will be opened upcountry, including in the Northeast. About 75 Mini Big C stores will be also opened this year, of which 50 will be through franchising.

“Our shareholders were impressed by the new major shareholder of Big C, which is Thai.

“BJC will help strengthen Big C via its diversified products and in the area of logistics. It may help the company to speed up its expansion in the future,” he said.

The investment plan continues to be set year after year, but the current speed of expansion is highly satisfactory.

Big C’s new board is chaired by tycoon Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi, while Aswin Techajareonvikul, president and CEO of BJC, is chairman of the company’s executive board.

Big C Supercenter operates 125 large format stores (Big C Supercenter, Extra and Jumbo), |55 Big C Market stores, 397 Mini |Big C stores (including 164 in Bangchak service stations and |three franchised stores) and 147 Pure drugstores.

The company reported its first-quarter results.

Sales, rental and service income, and other income declined slightly by 1.1 per cent to Bt32.8 billion from the same quarter last year, driven by a decline in retail sales of 1.1 per cent, as same-store sales dropped by 2.9 per cent.

Expenses decreased 1.3 per cent to Bt30.8 billion due to lower cost of sales and services.

Net income improved 4.6 per cent to Bt1.5 billion, driven by margin improvements across the board, continued resilient rental and service income growth, and the lower expenses.

Operating profit rose 1.2 per cent to Bt2.01 billion.

Fall in ad hits media, entertainment firms

MEDIA RESULT

THE FIRST-quarter financial results reported by media and entertainment firms listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, and particularly by advertising-driven companies, appear to be in line with the decline in the ad industry’s fortunes so far this year.

For the first three months, Nielsen Thailand reported that overall advertising expenditure had dropped by 8.58 per cent to Bt26.73 billion from Bt29.24 billion in the same period last year as a result of spending cuts by major companies via mainstream media channels, such as television, radio, newspapers and magazines.

BEC World, the parent company of Channel 3 analogue TV and two digital-TV channels, posted a 20-per-cent drop in revenue to Bt3.26 billion from Bt4.08 billion in the same period last year, suggesting this was by far the lowest point for media firms for many years.

MCOT, a state-owned media enterprise operating Modernine TV, followed the same pattern as its fellow analogue-TV operators, with a year-on-year drop of 20 per cent in revenue to Bt721 million in the first three months.

Although Nielsen found that overall ad expenditure at the country’s digital-TV networks had declined 9.45 per cent in the first quarter, Workpoint Entertainment – the operator of Workpoint TV – was able to achieve 28-per-cent growth, while Channel 8 operator RS saw a 51.1-per-cent increase |and Mono Technology, which runs Mono 29, enjoyed 3.68-per-cent growth.

While GMM Grammy’s digital-TV business from its One 31 and GMM 25 channels saw tremendous growth in terms of ratings and ad revenue, the company’s first-quarter revenue was 35.5 per cent below what it had achieved in the same period last year.

Group chief executive officer Boosaba Daorueng said yesterday that total first-quarter income had come in at Bt1.99 billion.

GMM Grammy made a net loss of Bt144 million in the period, more than 60 per cent better than the loss reported a year ago, she said.

“One 31 is now in the top 5 among all digital-TV channels. After updating the programming earlier this year with quality content such as the dramas ‘Ruen Roi Rak’ and ‘Nang Baap’, and the singing contest ‘Suk Wan Duan Pleng’, the channel’s ratings in the first quarter rocketed by 37 per cent and led to revenue growth [for the channel] of more than 127 per cent, year on year,” she added.

GMM 25, meanwhile, moved into the top 10 in terms of digital-TV rankings, following a positive response to its content variation, the CEO said.

Those bourse-listed companies that are highly involved with printed media faced a similar situation in the first quarter.

Amarin Printing and Publishing posted a revenue drop of 7.6 per cent to Bt371.65 million, while revenue at Nation Multimedia Group (NMG) fell by 12 per cent year on year.

NMG chief executive officer Duangkamol Chotana said recently that in the period ending March 31, the group had achieved Bt681.2 million in overall revenue, below the Bt777.6 million posted in the same quarter last year.

“Our weaker performance was caused by a big slowdown in the economy, which was reflected in a huge decline in our advertising revenue, which dropped 8 per cent in the first quarter. Meanwhile, our sales revenue for printed media and pocket books also dropped, by 23 per cent year on year,” she said.

Brighter news for other segments

Out-of-home media and the film industry appeared to be on the rise during the first quarter.

Plan B Media, a leading out-of-home media company, posted a 34-per-cent year-on-year revenue increase to Bt554 million, while Major Cineplex Group – the country’s largest movie-theatre operator – enjoyed an 11-per-cent rise to Bt1.936 billion.

Vicha Poolvaralux, chairman of the executive committee and CEO of Major Cineplex Group, said the company’s first-quarter revenue was in line with its projection, while full-year revenue was expected to grow by at least 10 per cent, mainly driven by top blockbuster films.

Thailand first Asian market for Taiwan’s E-Commerce firm

E-COMMERCE

TAIWAN-BASED PC Home Online, which sees the C2C (consumer-to-consumer) e-commerce platform as having high potential across Southeast Asia, has reaffirmed Thailand as its first operational market in the region for C2C business.

PC Home Online, a large e-commerce operator, in fact established a subsidiary – PC Home Thailand – via the joint-venture model with Cal-Comp Electronics (Thailand) early last year.

The Thai unit yesterday revealed plans to penetrate the local e-commerce market, initially focusing on C2C e-commerce aimed at encouraging individuals and small businesses to benefit from PC Home’s platform, www.pchome.ac.th.

The e-commerce platform is set to be a comprehensive website offering C2C e-commerce for individual users for selling unique and varied products; B2C (business-to-consumer) for brands selling general products; and B2B2C (business-to-business-to-consumer) for small and medium-sized enterprises. Its C2C e-commerce offers a comprehensive website designed to offer 12 main product categories, with over 1,000 sub-categories as well as the provision of 300,000 Taiwanese products.

Jason Huang, director of PC Home Thailand, said the company would bring its successful model from Taiwan to develop the C2C, B2B and B2B2C segments, but providing C2C service first.

Huang said the company regarded Thailand as a high-potential market for e-commerce business, with the country’s overall online retail sector recording healthy growth of 30 per cent last year with a total value of Bt46 billion.

The market is expected to reach Bt58 billion this year.

E-commerce is, however, less than 1 per cent of the Kingdom’s retail business, as many Thais are still reticent about online transactions, while logistics and payment services need to be developed further to fulfil market needs, he said.

“Our mission is to build a better e-commerce ecosystem in Thailand. We want to help the economy become more active by promoting SMEs to sell their products online, free of charge, to achieve their full potential in terms of customers,” he added.

The company will officially launch full service this year after conducting a soft launch and trial of its C2C platform for a year, Huang said, while declining to disclose the target number of sellers and buyers as well as transaction and gross merchant value (GMV) for the Thai market.

Meanwhile, in Taiwan, PC Home Online has more than 100 million product items with a GMV of over 143 million New Taiwan Dollars (Bt155 million).

The main Taiwanese operation has over 1 million sellers and more than 8.8 million users, with its revenue stream coming from advertising and transaction fees.

“Asia as a whole is a market with great potential for C2C e-commerce, which is our strength. We have already stepped into the US and Japan, and Thailand is the first country for us in Southeast Asia,” the director said.

In Thailand, there are currently over 5 million stock-keeping units (SKUs) for C2C e-commerce, but it is expected that the number will eventually be much greater than the 100 SKUs in Taiwan, as Thailand’s population is three times bigger, he explained.

The top three bestselling products on PC Home Online are fashion, cosmetics and accessories.

Meanwhile, apart from PC Home Online, there is another Taiwanese-Thai joint venture, called TVD Shopping.

Established by TV Direct and Taiwan-based MoMo.com Inc, the company offers 24-hour home shopping via a TV channel and online shopping via www.tvdmomo.com.

Thanabul Maturanont, managing director of TVD Shopping, said TVD achieved revenue of Bt1 billion last year, with growth of 10 per cent targeted for 2016.

The company’s core business is to offer home shopping and online shopping service via multi-channels, including television, PC and mobile application.

THAI AIRWAYS International (THAI) is convinced that its financial performance this year will show an improvement over last year, in line with its plan recently submitted to the State Enterprise Policy Committee board.

“The bottom line would definitely improve as we are strictly proceeding with our restructuring plans,” THAI president Charamporn Jotikasthira said at a press conference yesterday.

Last year, THAI reported a net loss of Bt13 billion.

THAI plans to issue refinancing bonds worth Bt7 billion this year and invest Bt100 billion on maintenance projects, said Charamporn.

He revealed that the airline would next week finalise its second early retirement programme, which is expected to cost the company about Bt2.2 billion.

Asset disposal

Meanwhile, the disposal of non-core assets is going on, including a 39-per-cent stake in Nok Air and 23 per cent in Bangkok Aviation Fuel Services.

In the first quarter, THAI’s revenue decreased by 2.7 per cent year on year to Bt50.18 billion, but operating profit rose 62.6 per cent year on year to Bt7.18 billion. After deducting impairment loss of assets and aircraft, maintenance provision expenses for lease of aircraft, and foreign exchange loss, it showed a net profit of Bt6 billion against Bt4.5 billion last year.

During the first quarter, it operated with 95 planes, down by nine from the same quarter a year earlier. Route and plane adjustment led to a 1.8-per-cent drop in passengers but there was an increase in cabin factor from 75.4 per cent to 77.5 per cent. Fuel cost dropped by 25.1 per cent year on year to Bt3.64 billion.

THE International Research Corporation Public Co (IRCP), a telecom and information and communications technology solutions provider, is likely to revise up its revenue growth forecast this year from at least 50 per cent to at least 70 per cent.

It will announce the |finalised revised forecast after reporting its second-quarter financial performance, chief executive Kungval Kusoltammaratana said.

Last year the company’s revenue was Bt1.229 billion. In the first quarter it made a consolidated profit of Bt24.73 million, up 66.52 per cent year on year, on revenue of Bt363.86 million, up 25.27 per cent year on year.

The company aims to soon bid for projects worth around Bt5 billion.

Meanwhile, Singhcom Inter Group, a company 51-per-cent owned by IRCP, set a revenue target of Bt200 million this year and Bt500 million next year.

Singhcom, which provides a telecom network installation service, posted revenue of Bt100 million last year.

CEO Singha Kiadee said the company would grow along with the continued 3G and 4G wireless network expansion of major mobile phone operators.

The company has expanded its network installation service nationwide after earlier focusing on Bangkok.

Singhcom aims to list on the stock market in 2018, added Kungval.

Siam Discovery ready to offer new experiences

ศาสตร์เกษตรดินปุ๋ย : ขอบคุณแหล่งข้อมูล : หนังสือพิมพ์ The Nation

SIAM PIWAT Co Ltd, the owner and operator of prestigious retail developments such as Siam Paragon, Siam Center, Siam Discovery, and Paradise Park, as well as the joint-venture partner of Iconsiam, yesterday announced the reopening of Siam Discovery, which had been closed for a year for major renovation costing close to Bt4 billion.

Siam Discovery will open its doors on May 28 and will become Thailand’s largest lifestyle speciality store. The 40,000-square-metre complex will also be the Kingdom’s “Biggest Arena of Lifestyle Experiments” in retail space.

Mayuree Chaipromprasith, senior vice president for business promotion at Siam Piwat, said that with the facelift the new Siam Discovery complex would serve individual shoppers who are curious and want to try new things as well as discover new experiences.

“Both Siam Paragon, Siam Center, and the latest new Siam Paragon will have their own unique positioning, and will not cannibalise each another,” said Mayuree.

She said Siam Paragon offers high-end fashion brands, while Siam Center will serve people who look for trendy fashion products made by local Thai designers. Siam Discovery, however, will provide hybrid lifestyle products, a combination of imported luxury and local brands.

“The three shopping complexes will share the core values of Siam Piwat, which are: understanding [shoppers and tenants]; trustworthy; missionary; daring [with new innovations that break the rules]; and a commitment to excellence,” said Mayuree.

She said the new Siam Discovery will offer lifestyle experiments for individual consumers in their areas of interest. The complex will create hybrid experiences in retail space, which will break all retailing rules.

Charnchai Cherdchuwong-thanakorn, senior executive vice president for retail business development at Siam Piwat, |said the company will spend Bt300 million on the grand opening event and opening promotions of Siam Discovery, which aim to make Bangkok the retail hub of the Asean Economic Community (AEC) and the world’s favourite shopping destination.

“The new Siam Discovery marks the introduction to Thailand of a new retail concept – a hybrid retail destination spread across 40,000 square metres. We expect to double |our sales per square metre with the new concept as well as |reinforce our reputation as a thought-leader in Thailand’s retail sector, creating unprecedented destinations that compete with the best of the world’s destinations,” he said.

Charnchai said that highlight brands or stores at the new Siam Discovery centre will be divided into five different categories: everyday products; trend products; innovative products and services; sustainable products; and collaborations and Absolute Siam products.

“We expect the new Siam Discovery complex to draw approximately 100,000 shoppers a day in the first 12 months, of which 65 per cent will be Thais and the rest 35 per cent foreigners,” Charnchai said.
