The recommended dates by the Task Force were duly approved by the OCA Executive Board.
“We will make concerted efforts with the OCA and the HAGOC in advancing preparatory work to ensure the Games a success,” the COC said in a statement.
“The HAGOC will collaborate with all related parties in preparation for the Games in an all-round manner according to the confirmed dates to stage a spectacular sporting and cultural gala with Chinese Grandeur, Zhejiang Style and Hangzhou Flavor,” read the organizers’ statement.

Lewandowski will sign a four-year contract with a release clause set at 500 million euros ($511.35 million dollars), Barcelona said in a statement.
Lewandowski, who had 12 months remaining on his Bayern contract, moved to Barcelona for 45 million euros with five million euros in add-ons, the 26-times Spanish champions confirmed.

Manchester United made it three wins from three during Tour 2022 so far, with a comfortable 3-1 victory over Crystal Palace in Melbourne.
United opened the scoring after 17 minutes, with Anthony Martial coming good on his early promise, after two strong chances beforehand.
A wonderful cross from Diogo Dalot was chested down and fired home by the Frenchman, thus keeping up his record of scoring in all three of the Reds’ pre-season outings.
Harry Maguire did well to prevent Jesurun Rak-Sayki from equalising soon after, with United looking comfortable while defending any early advances from the Eagles.
Marcus Rashford’s wicked cross failed to pick out a white shirt soon after, before the first half’s action drew to a close at ‘The G’.
The Reds then doubled the advantage with Rashford rounding off a superb team goal. Martial controlled the ball out of the air, before Jadon Sancho picked it up, with Martial running onto his pass. He then played in substitute Donny van de Beek, who squared for our no.10 to apply the finishing touch.
Martial ,Rassford,Sancho on target as United beat Palace 3-1 in Melbourne
And soon after, on the hour mark, it was three. Martial’s delightful through ball put Sancho clean through, as the England international raced through to caress his right-footed effort beyond Remi Matthews.
Wholesale changes then followed for United, with youngsters Amad, Will Fish, Zidane Iqbal and Charlie Savage all introduced. With 15 minutes remaining, Crystal Palace got a goal back, as Joel Ward headed in a Luka Milivojevic corner.
Fish was then set off late on for a foul on Victor Akinwale, denying the Eagles youngster a goalscoring chance, as Ten Hag’s side held out for victory.

Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce claimed an astonishing fifth world 100 meters title on Sunday (July 17) when she clocked 10.67 seconds to edge Shericka Jackson and Elaine Thompson-Herah in a brilliant Jamaican clean sweep.
Fraser-Pryce got her usual superb start and held her form as fast-finishing Jackson clocked a personal best 10.73 for silver and Thompson-Herah took bronze with 10.81.
No nation had completed a medal sweep in the women’s 100m at the worlds, though Jamaica did it at last year’s Olympics via the same three athletes – and also in 2008.
Fraser-Pryce now has five 100m world titles and two Olympic 100m golds and at 35 shows absolutely no signs of slowing down as Sunday’s time was the fastest winning time of all those seven global victories.
Thompson-Herah, who has won back to back Olympic sprint doubles and is second-fastest on the all-time list behind only Florence Griffith-Joyner, is still without an individual world title.
Dina Asher-Smith, silver medallist in 2019, matched her British record of 10.83 in lane eight for fourth.
In earlier action, Ethiopia’s Tamirat Tola won the men’s marathon at the World Athletics Championships in dominant fashion on Sunday (July 17), forging powerfully clear around 34km to come home solo to take gold in a championship record 2 hours, 5 minutes 37 seconds.
Taking advantage of relatively cool conditions afforded by the 6.15 am local start time, 2017 silver medallist Tola splintered the pack from around the 32km mark with a sustained acceleration and by 39km he was safely 46 seconds clear and continued to press all the way home.
Over a minute back, Mosinet Geremew made it an Ethiopian 1-2 with a second successive silver while Belgium’s Somalia-born Bashir Abdi matched his bronze from the Tokyo Olympics.
American Brooke Andersen secured a crushing victory in the hammer throw, taking World Championship gold with a throw of 78.96 metres.
Canadian Camryn Rogers collected silver and Andersen’s compatriot Janee Kassanavoid took bronze.
Uganda’s Joshua Cheptegei delivered a sizzling final lap to win his second successive world 10,000 metres gold, underlining the world record holder’s status as the sport’s number one distance runner.
Cheptegei kept his patience during a fascinating finale as he led a group of eight at the bell but, unlike in last year’s Olympics when he was outkicked on the final lap, he had already been pouring on the pressure and was strong enough to hold off all-comers to win in 27:27.43 minutes.
Kenya’s Stanley Mburu finished second in 27:27.90, with Jacob Kiplimo, third in Tokyo, getting another bronze for Uganda in 27:27.97.
Cameron Smith staged one of the greatest back-nine charges ever witnessed at a major championship coming from four shots behind to win the 150th British Open on Sunday (July 17) as Rory McIlroy’s major drought continued.
Smith, winner of golf’s unofficial fifth major, The Players Championship, earlier this year, carded a sensational final round eight-under 64 that included a spectacular run of five consecutive birdies from the turn to become the first Australian to hoist the Claret Jug since Greg Norman in 1993.
The 28-year-old Queenslander also became the first Australian man to claim one of golf’s four majors since Jason Day’s victory at the 2015 PGA Championship.
Smith’s winning total of 20-under 268 was one better than playing partner American Cameron Young, who eagled the last to finish alone in second while McIlroy, the betting favourite coming into St Andrews, faltered at the finish to settle for third.
Manchester United have agreed a deal with Ajax Amsterdam to sign defender Lisandro Martinez for an initial fee of 57.37 million euros ($57.87 million), with 10 million euros of potential add-ons included, both clubs confirmed on Sunday (July 17).
The deal is subject to a medical examination and a visa being granted, with completion expected in the coming days.
The length of the contract was not announced, but a source with knowledge of the agreement told Reuters that Martinez would sign a five-year deal with the Premier League club, with an option for a further 12 months included.
The 24-year-old, who can also play in midfield, will be manager Erik ten Hag’s third signing following the arrivals of Dutch left back Tyrell Malacia and Denmark midfielder Christian Eriksen.
Ten Hag coached Martinez for three seasons at Ajax after the player moved to the Netherlands from Argentine side Defensa y Justicia in May 2019. Martinez made 118 appearances for the Dutch club.
A new defender was seen as priority for United after their struggles at the back last season. They conceded 57 goals last term, the most among the Premier League’s top six and 31 more than champions Manchester City.
The deal comes too late for Martinez to join up with his United team mates on their pre-season tour in Australia. They open the new league campaign at home to Brighton & Hove Albion on Aug. 7. ($1 = 0.9914 euros)
