NASUKARASUYAMA, Japan  – Inland cultivation of expensive tiger puffer fish has spread from Tochigi Prefecture to other areas in Japan, helping revitalise local economies.

Intensive research was undertaken to make use of local hot springs.

Cultivation pools have been set up in plastic greenhouses on a former swimming pool site in Nasukarasuyama, Tochigi Prefecture. In the pools, tiger puffers, which grow to about 35 centimeters in length and one kilogram in weight, swim smoothly.

Nasukarasuyama-based company Yumesozo, which cultivates tiger puffer in water from a hot spring, launched its business in the neighboring town of Nakagawa about 10 years ago. The company currently sells 25 tons of puffer fish a year to about 150 stores, mainly in the prefecture.

President Katsuaki Noguchi, 62, focused on the prefecture’s abundant chloride springs as a resource to develop the region, while running an environmental consulting firm in the prefecture. As he researched the composition of the hot springs’ water, he found that it contained elements including sodium and potassium, and its salt concentration was about 1.2 percent.

Living cells’ salinity is about 0.9 percent, about the same as saline solutions used for medical purposes. Fish living in seawater with a salinity of about 3.5 percent excrete excess salt from their gills. Noguchi thought saltwater fish could be cultivated in the hot spring water.

Tiger puffers he raised in water from a chloride spring grew as well as in artificial seawater. Although it takes 1½ years for fish raised in sea farms to be ready for market, those grown in the hot spring water reached market size in one year.

Toyoji Kaneko, 62, a University of Tokyo professor specializing in fish physiology, told Noguchi that tiger puffer fish living in hot spring water do not need to burn calories to adjust the salt content in their bodies, and there is no winter chill to also slow down their growth.

Based on Kaneko’s theory, Noguchi also conducted research to improve the taste of tiger puffer. He used a technique to transfer tiger puffer from a hot spring to a pool of water with the same salt concentration as seawater, before the fish’s shipment. Noguchi confirmed that tiger puffer’s taste improves when it injects amino acids into its muscle tissue to cope with the rapid change of osmotic pressure caused by the sudden increase in salinity, as it had been accustomed to the lower salt concentration of the chloride spring.

When requested, the company visits hot spring resorts around the country to promote tiger puffer farming. There are already 18 sorts of “local hot spring tiger puffers” nationwide. “On-shore aquaculture has a low risk of natural disasters. I think marine fish farming using chloride springs or artificial seawater with a low salt concentration will spread in the future,” Kaneko said.

SAVANNAKHET, Laos – Hortai Pidok, a repository of ancient Buddhist scripts, is the country’s most important storehouse of palm leaf books written in ancient Lao, Burmese Pali, and Khmer.

It can be found in Savannakhet province and today forms part of one of the most famous and amazing Buddhist temples.

The Hortai Pidok was originally constructed in the 17th century under the supervision of Abbot Lakkhampha. It was rebuilt in the 19th century as part of the Nonglamchanh Temple and restored from 1990 to 2001, led by Abbots Kiew, Chuang, Nuan and Phomma.

Hortai Pidok houses some 4,000 books containing 361 different stories, which are kept in good condition by the monks and locals. A Thai-funded project recently restored the structure as a classic example of Lao religious architecture, according to the weArelao website.

Last month I visited the wooden temple for the first time and discovered its astonishing beauty and artistic design.

All visitors must take off their shoes before entering the temple, as well as their socks.

The old men we encountered told us different stories about the temple, why people have to take off their shoes and socks, and why it is so greatly respected.

This temple is situated in an area that was heavily bombed during the Indochina war.

Locals said that although many bombs fell, the structure remained unscathed, which is why it is revered so highly.

Shoes and socks must be removed because of the reverence with which people treat the temple. When the main hall of worship was first opened, the ceremony that took place encompassed all parts of the temple. In the past, a swarm of bees inhabited the place and had a tendency to sting people when they entered, especially those who didn’t remove their footwear.

Even small children take off their shoes every time they enter this sacred place.

On the same day that we visited, a Nong Pha Pa involving visitors from other provinces was taking place so there were a lot of people present.

The temple is situated on a sizeable plot of land in the middle of a lake, giving it the name Nong Lamchanh. Nong means pond and Lamchanh is the name of the village.

The Hortai Pidok is a small wooden structure that stands in the lake and is supported by at least 30 strong wooden poles.

On the other side of the lake is a park that contains 100 white Buddha statues that are placed around a large statue in the middle.

For me this was an extraordinarily beautiful temple and I felt so at peace as I wandered through it. I could sense its age and the solidness of its construction. There aren’t many other places in Laos that are built entirely of wood, so this was something really special.

How to get there: Take Route 9B to Route 13, and head south to the Ban Lak 35 bus station. Turn left, travel about 25 km to Ban Taleo, where the main road ends. Turn left and go about 18km to reach Ban Lamchan and the library. Those visiting the Monkey Forest can walk a 3-km trail to the library.

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN – Two Japanese under-graduates studying at Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD) went viral on social media, after being spotted picking up litter around the UBD Campus yesterday morning.

When asked why they were doing this, they said that in Japan, it has become a habit for people to carry plastic bags and clean up litter voluntarily.

One reader identifying himself as Haji Ismail said, “The Japanese are trained from a young age to clean up things around them, and it’s also part of their school curriculum. This is an effective way to nurture children, apart from training and education at home. Over time, it has become ingrained in their culture.”

KATHMANDU – A six-lane highway has already been constructed from bordering Sunauli in India to Gautam Buddha International Airport which is expected to come into operation by the end of this year.

The Province 5 government on Wednesday announced the launch of Visit Lumbini Year on May 18 with an aim of attracting 2.5 million tourists to the birthplace of Buddha. President Bidhya Devi Bhandari will inaugurate the campaign which is being held for the second time in Lumbini after 2012.

“The campaign is basically aimed at attracting domestic visitors this year and we have started promotional campaign drive in all seven provinces,” said Shankar Pokharel, Chief Minister of Province 5.

Bhairahawa, the gateway to Lumbini has transformed itself into one of Nepal’s largest tourism and industrial hubs with investors and the government pouring billions into infrastructure development.

The once sleepy market town in the Tarai plains was thrust on to the international stage after becoming the gateway to the pilgrimage destination of Lumbini. Proliferating factories and a rapidly spreading transportation network have turned Bhairahawa into an economic powerhouse.

Lumbini, which attracts international pilgrims as the birthplace of the Buddha, has observed the construction of large-scale infrastructure from an international airport, industrial corridor, trade highways to a bevy of luxury hotels.

“The Visit Lumbini campaign is not only aimed at drawing domestic and foreign tourists, but to inform that the area [Bhairahawa] is ready to welcome investors with its world class infrastructure,” said Pokhrel.

A six-lane highway has already been constructed from bordering Sunauli in India to Gautam Buddha International Airport which is expected to come into operation by the end of this year.

“We have been constructing another six-lane road connecting the international airport to Lumbini,” he said, adding that the province government has also been constructing a well-equipped immigration office to facilitate foreign tourists.

Lila Giri, Minister for Industry, Tourism, Forests and Environment of Province 5, said that the campaign has targeted to attract 2.5 million domestic and international visitors to the birthplace of Buddha. He said that the provincial government has allocated a budget of Rs40 million for the campaign with key focus on attracting domestic tourists from across the country.

More than 1.55 million tourists visited Lumbini in 2017. Among them, there were 1.25 million domestic visitors, according to the statistics of the Lumbini Development Trust. The statistics show that foreigner numbers stood at 301,240, including 155,444 Indian visitors.

Despite the growth in foreign tourist numbers, foreign tourists’ stay in the birthplace of Buddha has not increased, travel trade entrepreneurs said. Nearly 90 percent of foreigners visiting Lumbini spend less than an hour in the area before moving on.

Foreign tourists usually stay for an average of 13 days in Nepal but most travellers visiting Lumbini barely stay for 30 minutes, according a study conducted in 2013. The survey titled “Visitors Survey and Observation” revealed that 72.6 percent of the visitors spent only half an hour sightseeing in Lumbini.

According to Giri, the campaign objective is to increase the visitors’ length of stay and create local jobs by adding infrastructure and other facilities. “We have launched road shows and other promotional programmes in some key Indian cities also,” he said.

Lumbini is a potential world-class tourist destination for 500 million Buddhists in Asia. It hosts the birthplace of the Buddha and over 100 related archaeological sites scattered within a 50-km radius.

Urgent : Armed militants storm five-star hotel in Pakistan: police

Firing is taking place at the Pearl Continental (PC) Hotel in Gwadar after three to four armed militants stormed the facility, according to Gwadar Station House Officer (SHO) Aslam Bangulzai.

“At around 4:50pm we got reports that there are three to four armed men in PC Hotel,” the SHO said, adding that “the firing is ongoing but there are no reports of any casualties yet”.

The police official further said that “there are no foreigners at the hotel right now.”

SHO Bangulzai said that “additional police force, ATF (Anti-terrorism force) and army are all present” at the hotel to handle the situation.

Inspector General of Police (IGP) Mohsin Hassan Butt also confirmed that “two to three gunmen had first fired at and then entered the hotel.”

The IGP said the hotel did not have any foreigners at the time of the attack and that only the hotel staff was inside. He also said that “95 per cent of the hotel has been evacuated.”

IGP Butt further said that “the attackers may have come in a boat to launch the attack.”

Frontier Corps personnel have cordoned off the hotel and no one is allowed to go near the area, DawnNewsTV reported citing police sources.

The Pearl Continental (PC) Hotel in Gwadar, is located on the Koh-e-Batil Hill, south of West Bay on Fish Harbour Road. The five-star hotel is frequented by both business and leisure travellers.

The attack comes just weeks after 14 people, including 11 personnel of Navy, Air Force and Coast Guards, were killed by gunmen near Ormara in Gwadar.

China is currently working with the federal government to develop Gwadar port to facilitate connectivity and trade. Beijing is investing around $50 billion in Pakistan as part of a plan unveiled in 2015 to link its far-western Xinjiang region to Gwadar port in Balochistan with a series of infrastructure, power and transport upgrades.

Bangkok – Three Thai activists in exile and accused of insulting the country’s powerful monarchy have gone missing, rights groups and a family member told AFP Saturday, as demands mount for answers on their whereabouts.

The activists, Chucheep Chiwasut, who broadcasts political commentary online, and two colleagues, Siam Theerawut and Kritsana Tupthai, were arrested in Vietnam early this year and sent back to Thailand this week, according to rights groups.

The mother of Siam, 34, said he was last heard from a few months ago.

“He said he is fine, and talked about what he has eaten and places he has visited, but did not say where he was,” Kanya Theerawut told AFP, adding she had visited police this week but was told there was no information available.

“I want to know where my son is,” she said.

A senior official with Thailand’s special branch police confirmed the three men were in Vietnam but had no information about the arrests.

Thailand’s deputy prime minister denied they were in Thai custody on Friday.

Scores of dissidents, academics and pro-democracy activists have been pressed into self-exile since the junta seized power in a 2014 coup, in what analysts say is one of the biggest waves of political flight in Thailand’s troubled recent history.

The majority fled to neighbouring Laos and Cambodia to avoid charges and jail terms.

But Chucheep, Siam and Kritsana moved from Laos following the disappearance of three other dissidents who had also sought shelter there.

Two of those men were found in late December in the Mekong river with concrete stuffed into their stomachs. The government has denied any responsibility.

Prosecutions under Thailand’s lese-majeste law, which carries penalties of up to 15 years for insulting the wealthy monarchy, soared after the junta took over.

But activists say the military has also stepped up its pursuit abroad.

“The long arm of repression also reaches across the border as exiled dissidents have been pursued”, said Sunai Phasuk, senior Thai expert for Human Rights Watch.

“Nowhere is safe.”

Amnesty International has called on the Thai government to provide answers.

Lese-majeste prosecutions within the country have fallen since newly-crowned Thai King Maha Vajiralongkorn ascended the throne in 2016 following the death of his father Bhumibol Adulyadej.

On Friday a prominent pro-democracy activist who was sentenced to two and a half years in prison for sharing an unflattering BBC profile of the king on Facebook was freed in a royal pardon a little more than a month shy of his sentence ending.

สำหรับกิจกรรมของเหล่าสาวงามที่เดินทางมาเก็บตัวใน จ.กระบี่ ทันทีที่มาถึงท่าอากาศยานนานาชาติกระบี่ เดินทางต่อเข้าที่พัก โรงแรม Dusit D2 ต.อ่าวนาง อ.เมืองกระบี่ จากนั้นช่วงบ่ายวันเดียวกัน เหล่าผู้เข้าประกวด จะเดินทางต่อไปยัง “เกาะห้อง” ในเขตอุทยานแห่งชาติธารโบกขรณี อ.อ่าวลึก เพื่อถ่ายทำ VTR ส่งเสริมภาพลักษณ์ด้านการท่องเที่ยวของประเทศไทย ส่วนภาคค่ำ ร่วมงานดินเนอร์ที่โรงแรม Amari Krabi Hotel ทับแขก

จากนั้นวันที่ 7 ธ.ค.จะมีกิจกรรม CSR ปล่อยปู-ปลา ที่เขาขนาบน้ำ อ.เมือง และทำกิจกรรมเพ้นท์ผ้าปาเต๊ะ ที่ร้านดาหลาบาติก อ.เมืองกระบี่ ก่อนคณะทั้งหมดจะเดินทางกลับ เตรียมเข้าร่วมประกวดมิสยูนิเวิร์ส 2018 ในวันที่ 17 ธ.ค.นี้ ซึ่งจะมีการถ่ายทอดสดไปยัง 170 ประเทศทั่วโลก

พ.ต.ท.ม.ล.กิติบดี กล่าวว่า ในระหว่างวันที่ 6-7 ธ.ค.นี้ มีสาวงามจาก 45 ประเทศ เข้าร่วมเก็บตัวทำกิจกรรม ที่ จ.กระบี่ ซึ่งก่อนนี้ ทางกองประกวดแจ้งว่าจะมีเหล่าสาวงามมาร่วมเก็บตัวที่กระบี่ 25 คน แต่เนื่องจากจุดเก็บตัวอีกแห่งทางภาคเหนือ ไม่พร้อม จึงต้องนำคณะอีก 20 คน มาเก็บตัวที่กระบี่ แทน ซึ่งถือเป็นเกียรติอย่างยิ่งที่ จ.กระบี่ ได้รับโอกาส เพราะ จ.กระบี่ ถือเป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยวสำคัญ มีธรรมชาติและวัฒนธรรมที่น่าศึกษา และเที่ยวชม ในฐานะเจ้าภาพ จึงขอให้ชาว จ.กระบี่ ทำหน้าที่เป็นเจ้าบ้านที่ดีร่วมให้การต้อนรับสร้างความประทับใจให้กับ ผู้เข้าประกวดคณะกรรมการคณะกองการประกวดแฟนคลับผู้ติดตาม ซึ่งเดินทางมาที่กระบี่เป็นจำนวนมาก

ทั้งนี้ สาวงามนานาประเทศผู้เข้าประกวด Miss Universe 2018 เดินทางบินทำกิจกรรมที่ จ.กระบี่ ด้วยสายการบินไทยเเอร์เอเชีย เที่ยวบิน FD3213 ออกจากท่าอากาศยานดอนเมือง เวลา 7.25 น. ถึงท่าอากาศยานกระบี่ เวลา 8.50 น. โดยเที่ยวบินนี้ผู้รับหน้าที่เป็นกัปตัน คือ กัปตันชนันภรณ์ รสจันทน์ หรือ “น้อด” Miss Thailand Universe 2005 ซึ่งเป็นตัวเเทนสาวไทยเมื่อ13 ปีก่อนเข้าประกวด Miss Universe ที่ประเทศไทยเป็นเจ้าภาพเช่นกัน โดยครั้งนั้น น้อด ชนันภรณ์ ได้คว้ารางวัลชุดประจำชาติยอดเยี่ยมมาให้ชาวไทย ก่อนจะผันตัวเองมาเป็นนักบินและกัปตันสายการบินไทยแอร์เอเชีย กว่า 13 ปีเเล้ว

ในเที่ยวบินแอร์เอเชีย FD3213 น้อด ชนันภรณ์ ได้ทำหน้าที่เป็นกัปตัน บนเครื่องบินแอร์บัส เอ320 พาผู้โดยสารและคณะผู้เข้าประกวด เต็มลำ 180 ที่นั่ง บินสู่จังหวัดกระบี่ด้วยความเรียบร้อยปลอดภัย พร้อมประกาศต้อนรับคณะสาวงาม และแนะนำตัวในฐานะหนึ่งในครอบครัวผู้เข้าร่วมประกวด Miss Universe เมื่อปี 2005  พร้อมร่วมถ่ายภาพที่ระลึกกับเดมี ลี เนลส์ ปีเตอร์ Miss Universe 2017 และสาวงามประเทศต่างๆ ซึ่งได้รับความสนใจอย่างมาก

“น้อด” ชนันภรณ์ รสจันทน์ ฝากแฟนนางงามให้ช่วยเป็นกำลังใจสาวงามทุกประเทศ โดยเฉพาะตัวเเทนประเทศไทย ในการประกวด Miss Universe 2018 ที่ไทยเป็นเจ้าภาพครั้งนี้ พร้อมทำหน้าที่เป็นเจ้าบ้านที่ดีในการต้อนรับผู้เข้าประกวดทุกคน

บริษัท ทีพีเอ็น 2018 จำกัด (TPN 2018 Co., Ltd.) ผู้ถือลิขสิทธิ์การจัดงานประกวดมิสยูนิเวิร์ส 2018อย่างเป็นทางการ จัดงานเลี้ยงต้อนรับสาวงามผู้เข้าประกวดมิสยูนิเวิร์ส 2018ในค่ำคืนงานราตรี Thai Night โดยสาวงามทุกคนสวมใส่ชุดราตรีที่ตัดเย็บจากผ้าไหมมัดหมี่ของมูลนิธิส่งเสริมศิลปาชีพในสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ ภายใต้คอนเซ็ปต์ “มงคล” ไล่เรียงตามสีมงคลประจำวันของไทย จากวันจันทร์ไปจนถึงวันอาทิตย์ ได้แก่ สีเหลือง, สีชมพู, สีเขียว, สีส้ม, สีฟ้า,สีม่วง และสีแดง โอกาสนี้ ได้รับพระกรุณาธิคุณจาก พระเจ้าหลานเธอ พระองค์เจ้าสิริวัณณวรีนารีรัตน์ ประทานชุดแบรนด์ “SIRIVANNAVARI” ให้นิ้ง-โศภิดา กาญจนรินทร์ มิสยูนิเวิร์สไทยแลนด์ 2018 สาวงามตัวแทนประเทศไทยสวมใส่และประทานคอลเลกชั่นที่ทรงออกแบบพิเศษให้แก่ เดมี ลีห์เนล ปีเตอร์ส  มิสยูนิเวิร์ส 2017 ที่บินตรงมาร่วมงานในค่ำคืนสุดพิเศษนี้ได้สวมใส่ด้วยขณะที่19 ดีไซเนอร์สัญชาติไทยทั้งรุ่นใหญ่และสายเลือดใหม่ได้รังสรรค์ชุดราตรีด้วยผ้าไหมไทยจากมูลนิธิส่งเสริมศิลปาชีพในสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ ให้สาวงามผู้เข้าประกวดจากทั่วโลกได้สวมใส่ เพื่อแสดงถึงอัตลักษณ์ของความเป็นไทยและประชาสัมพันธ์ประเทศไทยให้เป็นที่รู้จักผ่านความงามวิจิตรของผ้าไหมไทย ณ ห้องนภาลัย โรงแรมดุสิตธานี กรุงเทพฯ

สำหรับชุดราตรีผ้าไหมไทยที่พระเจ้าหลานเธอ พระองค์เจ้าสิริวัณณวรีนารีรัตน์ประทานให้ นิ้ง-โศภิดา กาญจนรินทร์ มิสยูนิเวิร์สไทยแลนด์ 2018 เป็นชุดโทนสีฟ้า เค้าโครงมาจากชุดในคอลเลกชั่น SIRIVANNAVARI Couture ที่มีการออกแบบตัดเย็บชั้นสูง โดยได้แรงบันดาลใจมาจากฉลองพระองค์ของสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ ในรัชกาลที่ 9 ใช้เทคนิคการร้อยและปักลูกปัดแบบ Haute Couture มีการใช้ผ้าไหมมัดหมี่ และผ้าไหมแพรวามาผสมกัน ซึ่งนับเป็นอีกหนึ่งความท้าทายในการตัดเย็บผ้าไหมไทยโดยไม่ให้ความงดงามดั้งเดิมสูญเสียไป ทุกพื้นที่บนผืนผ้าของชุดยังได้ถ่ายทอดความเป็น “นกยูง” ซึ่งเป็นตราสัญลักษณ์ประจำแบรนด์ SIRIVANNAVARI ที่เปรียบให้เห็นว่า นกยูงเป็นสัตว์ที่สะท้อนถึงความสง่างามและความอ่อนโยนในแบบผู้หญิงที่มีความสวยงาม และโดดเด่นในรูปแบบของตัวเอง สังเกตได้จากกระดุม 19 เม็ด ที่ประดับเรียงเป็นแถวบริเวณด้านหลังชุด โดยประทับตราสัญลักษณ์แบรนด์ทุกเม็ดกระดุม หรือชายกระโปรงลากยาวได้ออกแบบเสมือนปีกนกยูงที่กำลังรอรำแพน มีดอกดวงหรือแววมยุราที่เล่นดีเทลด้วยการตัดเย็บผ้าสีฟ้า สีน้ำเงินอยู่ในพื้นที่วงกลม ล้อมรอบด้วยเส้นไหมให้ดูราวขนปีกนกยูง ซึ่งนับเป็นผลงานที่รังสรรค์ทุกรายละเอียดด้วยความประณีตอย่างสูง

ขณะชุดราตรีผ้าไหมไทยที่ พระเจ้าหลานเธอ พระองค์เจ้าสิริวัณณวรีนารีรัตน์ ประทานให้ เดมี ลีห์เนล ปีเตอร์ส มิสยูนิเวิร์ส 2017 ได้แรงบันดาลใจมาจากฉลองพระองค์ของสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ ในรัชกาลที่ 9 รังสรรค์มาในรูปแบบชุดไทยเกาะอกแบบสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ฯสไตล์ยุโรป โดยเลือกใช้ผ้าไหมเรียบและผ้าไหมแพรวา ดีไซน์โดยใช้เทคนิค Draping ตกแต่งและจัดวางผ้าบนหุ่นโดยเน้นการจับผ้าให้มีความพลิ้วไหวสวยงาม โดยเป็นกระโปรงทรงกรีกให้ดูทันสมัยมากขึ้น ซึ่งเป็นการผสมผสานระหว่างความเป็นไทยในชุดช่วงบนกับความเป็นสากลในชุดช่วงล่างออกมาได้อย่างลงตัว

ภายในงานบรรดาสาวงามได้ลิ้มรสเมนูอาหารมงคลชั้นเลิศที่รังสรรค์ขึ้นอย่างพิถีพิถันด้วยวัตถุดิบจากโครงการหลวง ท่ามกลางบรรยากาศของความรื่นรมย์ที่คลอเคล้าไปด้วยเสน่ห์ของศิลปวัฒนธรรมไทยผ่านการแสดงมิ่งมงคล ในชื่อชุด “ในน้ำมีปลา ในนามีข้าว” นำเสนอผ่านการแสดงแสง สี เสียง และสื่อผสม โดยได้แรงบันดาลใจจากบุปผาราชินี 6 ชนิด ซึ่งเป็นดอกไม้ที่งดงาม มีความสำคัญและมีความหมายอันเป็นมงคล อันประกอบไปด้วย ดอกดอนญ่าควีน สิริกิติ์ (Dona Queen Sirikit) มหาพรหมราชินี (MahapromRachinee) โมกราชินี (MokeRachinee) ดารารัตน์ (Dararat) สรัสจันทร (Saraschantorn) และบัวควีนสิริกิติ์ (Bua Queen Sirikit) พร้อมด้วยกิจกรรมพิเศษประมูลของที่ระลึกจากสาวงาม ซึ่งคัดเลือกมาประมูลในงานจำนวน 5 ประเทศ ได้แก่ เอกวาดอร์ อินเดีย เลบานอน มองโกเลีย และเนปาล โดยรายได้จะมอบให้แก่มูลนิธิส่งเสริมศิลปาชีพในสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ
